ChooseSpain.com is part of Choose Spain Ltd. ChooseSpain.com was started in 2001 in order to advertise rental property in Spain with the idea to offer a low cost advertising solution for owners who deal with the bookings and enquiries themselves. The main idea behind the website design is to allow visitors to find properties by using a search facility. Once a property is found the client can contact the owner directly using the enquiry form or telephone number, if provided, on each property page.
ChooseSpain.com only advertises the properties, much like an online classifieds section of a newspaper; they have no involvement in booking or the management of properties. The Choose Spain website is designed as an owner advertising site, therefore all property enquiries are dealt with by the property owner/agent.
Most details can be updated by the owner/agent through their 'Owners Area' only. Owners can add/update one entry per property on their Late Deals page, up to two months in advance. Owners can also add/update one entry per property on their Long Lets page. All of the rental property is added to their basic and advanced search engine so no property would get unoticed by renters.
